Flagship Property Management was founded in 2007 and built by an investor, for investors with the intent of becoming a provider of world-class service in the property management business. Our experience in the real estate business allows us to offer the customer service and management disciplines necessary to meet all our client needs. This unique approach and our commitment to the very best professional practices have resulted in strong business growth and our long-lasting tenure in Pitt and Wayne counties, making us one of the most respected and trusted local property management companies.

Meet the Team

Brian Corbett » Owner/Broker

Brian Corbett was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC. He graduated from Wayne Christian School in 1996 and then attended Wayne Community College for two years. Brian transferred into ECU in the fall of 1999 earning his degree in Exercise and Sport Science. After college, Brian followed his curiosity of real estate into gaining his real estate brokers license in 2003. He began his career in real estate as a buyers agent learning the local market, negotiating skills, and customer service while helping buyers find their dream home!

After a few years in the real estate sales business, Brian began Flagship Property Management in November 2007. After a year of slowly growing and learning the property management business, he was able to accelerate his knowledge of real estate investing. Since, he has been able to grow the business year after year while continuing the focus of exceptional customer service to both the property owner and the tenant in each transaction. Being a property owner and investor himself has aided in helping incorporate technology and policies and procedures that can be beneficial and fair to real estate investors as well as maintaining the professionalism and character of an efficient property management business.

Brian is married to his lovely wife Ashley Corbett and has a little boy that is very active in his youth sports named Kendall. Some of their family hobbies include Kendall's sports, competition bbq as Smokin Skullies BBQ competition team, and many outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, beach time, etc.
Kelly Lilley Williams » Office Manager

Kelly Lilley Williams was born & raised in Winterville, NC. She graduated from D.H. Conley High School in 2000. Kelly started working in a real estate office as an agent's personal assistant in 1997. After spending years as a personal assistant for a local real estate professional she decided to pursue obtaining her own real estate license in 2005. Since obtaining her license Kelly has worked in many aspects of the real estate business including foreclosures, investment properties, buyers/sellers and administrative. Kelly is currently the office manager of Flagship Property Management and has been since 2009.

Kelly is the mother of two loving girls, MacKenzie & Christa Williams. They are both active in Pitt County Schools. MacKenzie enjoys Taekwondo and is involved in youth activities at Open Door Church. Christa is very active in youth sports and well as school activities.
Alyssa Hanzl » Marketing Director

Alyssa Hanzl was born and raised in North West, New Jersey where she graduated from North Warren Regional High School in 2015. She then moved to Greenville, North Carolina where she attended East Carolina University until she graduated in December of 2018 earning her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has been with Flagship Property Management since July of 2017 when she joined the team as a Marketing Intern. Alyssa is now the Marketing Director here at Flagship Property Management where she manages marketing interns, community outreach, property marketing, much more! 

Alyssa spends her free time taking photos, visiting the beach, and most of all watching baseball. She encourages everyone to check out our social media pages- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter (let’s be real, what kind of Marketing Director would she be without it!)

Erica Sasser » Leasing Director

Erica Sasser was born in Upstate New York and raised in Durham, North Carolina where she graduated from Riverside High School in 1997. She then moved to Wilmington, North Carolina where she attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington. After college, Erica worked in Real Estate Title Insurance and Non-Profit Fundraising for many years. In 2014 she moved to Goldsboro and pursued her lifelong interest of Real Estate and obtained her license in 2015. Since obtaining her license Erica has worked in many aspects of the real estate business including foreclosures, investment properties, and buyers/sellers. Erica joined the Flagship Realty Group in early 2019 and began working with the Property Management Team in September of 2019.

Erica is married to her husband Tyler and they have a wonderful little girl, Gatsy, who keeps them very busy. Some of their family hobbies include spending time with family and friends, cooking and traveling.

Marc Langston » Maintenance Director

Marc Langston was born, raised and still lives in good ole Goldsboro, NC where he graduated from Eastern Wayne High in 2000. Marc has a degree from Wayne Community College specializing in Turfgrass Management. Marc worked for the Goldsboro Family YMCA for 16 years as a Director before retiring in January 2019. He joined this team as Maintenance Coordinator in October 2019.

Marc enjoys all kinds of sports, going to the beach, taking exotic vacation, and family time.

Terri Reeves » Administrative Assistant
Terri Reeves was born in Sumter, South Carolina, and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina. She graduated from Eastern Wayne High School in 1986. Terri & her husband Alex moved to Greenville, North Carolina about 6 years ago to be closer to family. Together they have 3 girls, who are all married with one grandson. Terri formerly worked as an Executive Personal Assistant for The Houston Group, a consulting firm out of Greenville for 6 years. Prior to moving to Greenville, she worked at Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, NC as a Financial Aid Counselor for 7+ years.

Terriā€™s hobbies include reading, home decor, and going to the beach.

Sherri Lane » Administrative Assistant

Sherri Lane was born and raised in Goldsboro North Carolina and has owned & operated a small business here for the past 25+ years.

In 2014, Sherri received her real estate license from JY Monk Real Estate School in Greenville, NC, and began her licensed real estate career. She worked as a personal assistant to a top producing agent for 4 years and then decided it was time to go out on her own!

Sherri believes purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions people make in their lives and she is honored to help guide them through this process.
